On December 3rd, 2009 Lights Out will officially make its debut. All the proceeds from the opening event are going directly to local clubs & charities. Tickets are only $5 and all drinks are $3.Victoria is finally going to have a Thursday that is fresh and modern. A night to get excited about. No longer will you have to suffer through mediocre music and inferior ambience for the enjoyment of cheap drinks. We pride ourselves in serving our patrons with only the best sights, sounds, and ... well you get it. Did I mention drinks are only $3 ?
